The department shall allocate $300,000 in each fiscal year from this appropriation for grants under s. 281.65 (8) (cm).

AB100, s. 415 Section 415. 20.370 (7) (jr) of the statutes is created to read:

AB100,398,10 20.370 (7) (jr) Rental property and equipment — maintenance and replacement. From the conservation fund all moneys received by the department from the rental of real property and equipment that are owned by the department, except moneys appropriated under sub. (1) (jr), to be used for the maintenance and replacement of this real property and equipment.

All moneys not otherwise appropriated that are received from private or public sources, other than state agencies and the federal government, for facilities, materials or services provided by the department relating to resource acquisition or development to pay for expenses associated with those facilities, materials or services.
